Use to contact Team Leaders, or to browse the Knowledge Base for help. 

Plan your shifts and check shifts approved (green) 

Use once a day to submit your time. Declare any other time on tasks you did that are not calling live, such as Briefings, Coaching, etc. If you forget to add a task, you can open a “Missing time Registration” ticket. 

View your productivity on all recently dallied projects, your average quality score, and attendance record. 

You need to add your 5-digit Agent ID to the end of the link to see your dashboard. 

View the training courses you've been invited to. 

 

Calling on Nebu EU1  (Main Platform)

Description 

Dialer for Nebu EU1. Log in to this platform before opening Nebu. 

Will ask for your 8-digit Machine ID, for example “GDCCXXXX”. 

Our main platform for projects, recording agent time registration and evaluation feedbacks.  

The system will sometimes first ask you to log in with your Machine ID Credentials, then a follow-up screen will appear asking you to enter your agent ID and password. 

You should only call to your planned project. Planned projects have a yellow star/asterisk* next to them. If you haven't called the project before, you should check your emails for a briefing invitation. 

 

Calling on Nebu EU2  (Some Dutch Projects)

Platform for some Dutch projects only. A TL will inform you if your project will be called on EU2. 

 

Calling on Nebu USA Predictive

Platform for some work calling to the USA with predictive dialing settings. A TL will inform you if your project will be called on USA Predictive.

Calling on Forsta (CXXXXXX Projects Only)

Description 

Follow the steps for Nebu EU1 here, but do not log in to Softdial EU1. 

You need to log in to Nebu EU1 first to keep track of the time you call live for Time Registration. 

Dialer for Forsta C Projects. Log in to this platform before opening Nebu. 

Will ask for your 8-digit Machine ID, for example “GDCCXXXX”. 

Enter “GDCC” as the company name.  

Forsta will ask you for a dialler number after you select a project. The dialler number is the 4-digit number found at the bottom of your Softdial Dialpad. 

 

Calling on Forsta (LXXXXXX Projects Only)

Follow the steps for Nebu EU1 here, but do not log in to Softdial EU1. 

You need to log in to Nebu EU1 first to keep track of the time you call live for Time Registration. 

Dialer for Forsta L Projects. Log in to this platform before opening Nebu. 

Will ask for your 8-digit Machine ID, for example “GDCCXXXX”. 

You must enter “Mantle Public” for the Company Name (NOT GDCC). 

Forsta will ask you for a dialler number after you select a project. The dialler number is the 4-digit number found at the bottom of your Softdial Dialpad.
