✨ A brand-new ticket type - Questionnaire Data Edit ✨
Ticket management during busy periods can be quite a strain, and with that, we want to make sure we're doing everything we can to identify time sensitive tickets much better. To help with this, we've added a new ticket to the portal for you to report data edits.
You can navigate to this ticket type using the "layout" drop-down menu.
What is a questionnaire data edit?
It may sometimes be necessary for you to report when an answer needs changing in the questionnaire, and you're not able to change it yourself. This can happen, for example, if a respondent changes their mind, and you've already moved to the next page, or if you accidentally miss-click something.
If this happens, you should note down the question, the answer recorded, the new answer, and respondent ID so that you can flag the problem to the Team Leaders to have the data changed.
Accurate data for our clients!
A key role of every agent at GDCC is to ensure data collected for clients is as accurate as possible, and with that in mind, it is your duty to report inaccurate data right away.
