    Important Note: Time Registration
    (Updated for clarification)


    To ensure your time spent getting help/coaching is approved, always confirm any time you have spent not logged in to Nebu to the supervisor who is helping you, either in the same ticket, or at the end of the Zoom meeting.

    Always remain logged in to Nebu unless you have been instructed to log out.

    When you have no sample left, open a ticket, and keep clicking "try again" until you receive instructions, unless you have been informed to always log out, for example, on C15220S 2hm or C15247CF Sabic.

    If you need help and you've been waiting more than 10 minutes for a reply to your ticket, send a follow-up message to tell us you're still waititng. We may just be busy at the time.

    We always want to make sure time is approved, but it needs to be decided before the end of your shift with the supervisor who spoke with youWe then add the agreed time to a register (called the HRM) so that it's ready to approve when we review your time cards.

    Team Leaders are very busy, and we do make mistakes. If after all these steps were followed, your time is not approved, please open a "missing time registration" ticket so that we can investigate what happened. - Note this can take some time.

      Please log out to protect the strike rate and open a "no sample" ticket.
      Record your log-out time and inform your supervisor on the ticket how much time you are logged out and waiting for.
